The microgravity base station @CSL
Completion of the microgravity field data acquisition @CSL. Well done..good job guys !The field data acquisition for the microgravity survey @CSL proposed mass-rapid transit (MRT) station was conducted from 20/01/2017 to 25/01/2017. This project was an extension of a similar project which was carried out about one & half years ago.
The primary objective of the survey was to better define the anomaly detected from the earlier survey which was interpreted as due to a major limestone trough.

Geophysics For Groundwater
subMAP Geophysics conducted a 2-day Geophysics For Groundwater course on the 29/03/2017 & 30/03/2017. The course was held at Level 4, Perpustakaan Raja Tun Uda, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam.
The course was attended by participants from both the government and private sectors comprising geologists, geophysicists and engineers.

The course was well received judging from the lively and enthusiastic participants joining in the discussions. The participants asked a lot of questions which were duly answered by the course instructor.
